1. Shipping Coverage We currently ship PAN India through trusted courier and transport services. International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time Standard Orders (Regular quantities): Dispatched within 2 working days from the order confirmation date.

Bulk Orders or Custom Requests: May require additional processing time, depending on product type, quantity, or raw material availability. Our team will notify you in case of any expected delays.

Dispatch Days: Monday to Saturday. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Delivery Time Estimated delivery is 5–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier partner.

4. Shipping Partners We work with a network of reliable logistics partners for secure and timely delivery:

For Home Delivery: Amazon Shipping Services, Delhivery, Blue Dart. If Home Delivery Not Available: We use VRL Logistics or alternate transport services after confirming with the customer.

5. Tracking & Delays A tracking link or transport reference will be shared once your order is dispatched.

While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners due to unforeseen events (e.g., holidays, strikes, natural disruptions, etc.).

At DINNY, every product is made-to-order with utmost care, ensuring quality and precision in every piece. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the rare case of:
Verified transit damage, or Incorrect product dispatch (wrong size, style, or item). To process a claim for a damaged or incorrect product, please follow the steps below: ✅ Mandatory Proof Requirement: A single-shot, unedited unboxing video is required as proof — from opening the sealed parcel to showing the complete unpacking. The video must clearly display: The shipping label, The damaged or wrong item, And the entire unpacking process without cuts or pauses. ⏱ Claim Timeline: All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Claims sent after 24 hours will not be eligible for replacement.
📦 Product Handling: Damaged items must be stored safely and returned if requested.
In cases of approved claims, replacements will be provided as a goodwill gesture (we are not liable for third-party courier mishandling).
